Check your property at least once per week for sources of standing water. Empty and drain any containers of standing water, or those that can hold water, to prevent mosquitoes from developing. If you see standing water or mosquito larvae on your property, contact your local mosquito abatement district.
If you have an ornamental pond on your property, contact your local mosquito abatement district to request mosquitofish to reduce mosquito larvae.
